Access permission must be clear
The owner or booking guest must confirm that animals and an outside caregiver are permitted at the property. Hotel, rental and property-management rules are the client’s responsibility.

Park City requests are limited and considered by route, timing, weather, travel requirements and availability. Travel charges are quoted before acceptance. Bramblebrook does not provide boarding or care in a provider’s home.

Frequently asked questions about vacation & visitor pet care
Can you visit a pet at a hotel or vacation rental?
Sometimes, if the property explicitly permits the animal and outside caregiver access. The guest must arrange and confirm that permission before care.
Is Park City always available?
No. Park City requests are considered individually, often for suitable advance vacation or overnight care, and may involve travel charges or weather limitations.
Is an overnight the same as drop-in visits?
No. Drop-ins occur during agreed visit windows. Overnight care includes an agreed nighttime presence in the client’s accommodation or home, with arrival and departure stated separately.
What if weather affects travel?
Safety comes first. Severe road or weather conditions may require timing changes, a contingency contact or declining a request that cannot be served reliably.
