Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to move things rather than charge for them.
Cancelling
Cancellation requests are made from your account or by email. The applicable notice window and any fee are shown on each service before you pay.
Rescheduling
Where availability allows, we prefer to move a booking rather than cancel it.
Late cancellations and no-access visits
A visit where a handler arrives and cannot access the dog is treated as a completed visit.
Cancellations by Bramblebrook
If we cancel for weather, safety, illness or vehicle reasons, you are offered a reschedule or a full refund of that booking.
