Terms of Service
These terms apply to every Bramblebrook service. Booking a service means accepting them.
What Bramblebrook is
Bramblebrook provides mobile pet care, dog walking, companion outings, selected animal check-ins, individually arranged overnight pet care in the client’s home and scheduled transport. Bramblebrook is not a boarding facility, daycare, veterinary practice, training school or emergency service, and does not provide care in a Bramblebrook provider’s home.
Eligibility and approval
A meet and greet is required before a first independent service. Bramblebrook may decline or end a service where a dog's temperament, health or environment presents a risk to the dog, to a handler or to others.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate profile, health and contact information; keep vaccinations current; supply safe, well-fitting equipment; give medication instructions in writing; and inform us promptly of any change in your dog's health or behaviour.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only when eligibility, any required approval, capacity, policy acceptance and payment are all complete. Prices, surcharges and any applicable tax are shown before payment.
Emergency care
Where you have authorised emergency treatment, Bramblebrook may seek veterinary care on your behalf. Veterinary costs remain the owner's responsibility.
Liability
Bramblebrook takes reasonable care at all times. Dogs are living animals, and outdoor environments carry inherent risk that cannot be eliminated. Incidents are documented and reported to you.
