An overnight stay is not round-the-clock care
Arrival and departure windows, daytime absences, sleeping arrangements and included tasks are stated in the written plan. Continuous supervision is not assumed unless specifically accepted.

Bramblebrook does not provide boarding, daycare, care in a provider’s home, veterinary treatment or emergency monitoring. Overnight requests are accepted individually after consultation.

Frequently asked questions about overnight care in your home
What time does overnight care begin and end?
The written plan states an approximate evening arrival and morning departure window. Different times or daytime visits are separate scope and must be agreed in advance.
Is someone in my home continuously?
Not unless that unusual scope is specifically accepted. An overnight stay includes an agreed nighttime presence, while reasonable daytime absences and any additional visits are documented beforehand.
Is a meet-and-greet required?
Yes. Bramblebrook reviews the animals, routines, sleeping arrangements, access process and emergency contacts before accepting an overnight.
What happens in an emergency?
The caregiver follows the written contact and veterinary authorization plan. Bramblebrook is not an emergency or veterinary service and cannot guarantee continuous medical monitoring.
