Regular service centers on Holladay, Millcreek and Cottonwood Heights. Other Salt Lake Valley and Park City requests are considered based on route, timing, travel requirements and availability.

Are dog walks private?

Private walks are always available. Compatible pairs or small groups are considered only after individual assessment; Bramblebrook does not offer off-leash group hiking.

Can you walk large or reactive dogs?

Large and powerful dogs may be accepted when handling, equipment, environment and provider experience are a safe fit. Reactive dogs are generally served privately on thoughtfully chosen routes.

What happens in extreme Utah weather?

Safety comes before distance. Heat, smoke, ice, storms or unsafe roads may change the time, shorten the walk or replace it with a calmer visit.

What is a Juniper Jaunt?

It is a companion dog-walking and pet-handling service for older adults and their dogs. Bramblebrook can walk alongside both, help with dog handling or walk the dog while the owner rests.

Are mobility devices welcome?

Yes. Routes and pace can be planned around a cane, walker or other mobility device, provided the outing remains within a pet-care and companionship scope.

Is this elder care or medical support?

No. Juniper Jaunts do not include nursing, personal hygiene assistance, medication management for a person, transportation of a person or unsupervised elder care.

Does Bramblebrook stay overnight?

Yes, for individually accepted households. Overnight care occurs in the client’s home and includes an agreed nighttime presence, evening routine and morning routine.

Is overnight care continuous 24-hour supervision?

No, unless an unusual scope is explicitly accepted. Arrival, departure, daytime absences and any added visits are distinguished in the written plan.

Do you board pets in a provider’s home?

No. Bramblebrook does not provide boarding, daycare or care in a Bramblebrook provider’s home.

Can Bramblebrook care for senior or mobility-limited pets?

Yes, when the established routine, handling requirements and provider experience are a safe fit. Visits can be paced around comfort, mobility and predictability.

Can you care for a medically complex pet?

Some requests can be accepted after detailed review, but acceptance is not guaranteed. Bramblebrook does not diagnose, prescribe, provide wound care or injections, perform treatment or offer emergency monitoring.

Some established owner-supplied oral or topical routines may be accepted with written instructions. Bramblebrook never changes a dose or treatment plan.

Yes. Approved vacation care may include drop-in visits, walks, cats, fish, small pets, multi-pet households and individually arranged overnight care.

Do fish visits include aquarium repair?

No. Routine feeding and visual equipment checks may be agreed, but specialized maintenance, water-chemistry changes and repairs require an appropriate specialist.

Can I request care for chickens, horses or goats?

Yes, but acceptance is never automatic. Location, species, routines, handling, property access, safety, visit length, provider experience and availability are reviewed first.

Is farm care veterinary or full barn management?

No. Bramblebrook provides only the agreed routine check-ins and does not offer veterinary care, treatment, training, riding, farrier work, birthing assistance or emergency livestock response.

Scheduled transport may be accepted for veterinary, grooming, rehabilitation or approved training appointments after restraint, authorization, waiting and return plans are agreed.
