What we collect
Contact information, animal profiles and care instructions, veterinary and emergency contacts, relevant records, inquiry history and payment records held by our payment processor when payment is later requested.
How we use it
To review requests, plan and deliver services safely, communicate about care, process approved payments and keep records of visits and incidents.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not publish your address, your dog's medical details or your household notes. Public pages never display customer addresses, private pet details, medication information or internal notes.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor. Bramblebrook never stores card numbers.
Your control
